Description
Sarajevski Cevapi – (Beef Skinless Sausage) is a type of skinless sausage made with beef meat, found traditionally in Bosnia and Herzegovina. They are considered a national dish in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Cevapi has its origins in the Balkans during the Ottoman period, and represents a regional specialty similar to the Turkish kebab. They make great appetizers. They are usually served of 5-10 pieces on a plate or in a special bread – lepinje or somun.
