Smoking is the process of flavouring and preserving food by exposing it to the smoke from burning wood. George’s Brand Meats offers a selection of the finest smoked meat products produced in the traditional European way.  We are dedicated to preserving traditional smoking techniques, and our products are the result of a fine combination of traditional recipes and modern technology. The quality of the products is guaranteed by the process operating in a USDA-approved plant of strictly selected and controlled raw materials.

The smoking process begins with only the best and freshest cuts of meat and other ingredients, applying proprietary spices mixes following the traditional recipes. We use mostly hickory wood for smoking. Each of our products has a unique smoking procedure and is identically smoked every time to ensure consistency of the product.

Our Smoked and Dried Bacon (Slanina) is made only from hand picked and the finest USDA corn fed pork. Great choice for Sunday morning breakfast!

Hickory Smoked Dried Pork Sausage (Sremska Kobasica) is a must-try Balkan style smoked sausage. It has its origin in the Serbian area of Srem. It contains the finest pork meat spiced with paprika, black pepper, salt and other spices.

Famous in the Balkans, Smoked Tea Sausage (Cajna Kobasica) is a traditional finely-ground pork Sausage produced of finely minced pork and beef. Packed with flavors, Smoked Tea Sausage has a delicate mosaic-like appearance.
