This product has been made by Georges Brand Meats for over 40 years by following a traditional recipe. It is made of high-quality beef and hard fat. In harmony with natural spices this makes it one of Georges Brand Meats best products. It is uniformly dark red in color and is enriched with a mild flavor and mild smoked aroma. The name “sudzuk” originates from the Turkish word “sunduk”, which means home-made sausage. It is ready to eat as an appetizer, snack or in a sandwich.

Very nice hickory flavors. Genuine quality, recommend strongly. Not overly salty. Dried perfectly. Bargain in my opinion. Worth trying. I was able to purchase locally and shelf life is 3 months+. The only complaint I could possibly have is that the bag is not resealable implying Green Iniatives have not been addressed.
